Police say Jason Mastroianni, 43, was last seen on Jan. 17 in Shelton.
Mastroianni is described as being 5'11" tall and weighing 175 lbs.
Police say he wears a back brace and walks with a cane.
Anyone with any information is asked to call the Shelton Police Department at 203-924-1544.
