They say Jonathan Bonaparte appeared in federal court Tuesday where he pleaded not guilty in the case.
Police say they found Bonaparte with fentanyl and cocaine plus six guns when he was arrested.
Bonaparte is a convicted felon who was not allowed to possess a gun.
