A Bridgeport man sexually assaulted four underage girls, police say.

Shelton Police say Daniel Sanchez, 40, of Bridgeport, was arrested and charged with seven counts of sexual assault, and eight counts of risk of injury to a child.

The arrest stems from a complaint brought to the Shelton Police Department that Sanchez sexually assaulted four underage girls that he knows.

Sanchez appeared in Milford Superior Court on Aug 20, and was held on a $250,000 bond.
