Fairfield police are investigating a dispute between a landlord and tenant.
It happened last night on Black Rock Turnpike.
Officers say they got a report that one of the men had a gun.
Police say they surrounded a home, but determined the suspect had left.
They say they are confident they will find the other person involved in the dispute.
