State police say a Stamford man is facing charges after causing an accident that closed part of I-95 for hours on Saturday morning.
Officials say 35-year-old Marino Delossantos led Norwalk police on a chase on the southbound side of the highway in Darien.
They say he lost control while driving and hit a parked car in a construction zone near Exit 13 at around 2 a.m.
Sources say four people were taken to the hospital and they are all expected to be OK.
