Police say they have grave concerns for the safety of a missing 2-year-old boy from Westport.
They issued a Silver Alert for Messiah Fraizer after his grandmother, who had custody of him, passed away of natural causes yesterday.
Police say he lived in a home with his uncle on the Post Road.
They say the boy's biological uncle, Danny Fraizer, took the child after his grandmother's death, and is not answering calls from anyone.
Messiah was last seen with his uncle when they were dropped off at a barber shop in Norwalk around 2 p.m. yesterday.
Police say Frazier is a known drug addict and convicted felon.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Westport Police Department.
