Two people are dead after a car crashed into a store in New Haven.

Police say the car hit Justin's Deli Market in the city's Fair Haven section Friday night. The crash fatally pinned two pedestrians.

The driver and a passenger treated for wounds and are expected to be OK.

The store owner says it's the second time a car has crashed into the deli.
