Stamford police have charged a Westport woman after they say she sent threatening anonymous text messages to a woman who used to be her best friend.
Police say 24-year-old Veronica Romo began harassing the woman after the two had a falling out in March.
Police say Romo sent several messages with threats such as " We are coming for you" and "I'm going to meet you at work in 10 minutes."
Police say the victim immediately suspected Romo, prompting police to apply for a search warrant for her phone.
