Fairfield police say they have one of the culprits responsible for dozens of GPS thefts over the past two months behind bars.
Carlos Rodriguez, 27, was arrested Friday after Officer Charles Ricco spotted a suspicious vehicle the department had been keeping a lookout for. Ricco tailed the car into a driveway on Montauk Avenue. When it stopped, the officer asked the two men whether they lived at the home. The driver managed to take off, but Ricco managed to grab Rodriguez.
Rodriguez is facing several felony charges.
