Fairfield police are seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect who committed an assault at a local restaurant. Police say the suspect struck the victim on the side of his face following an argument.

Fairfield police are seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect who committed an assault at a local restaurant.
Police say the suspect struck the victim on the side of his face following an argument.
It happened at Anna Liffey's restaurant and bar on Post Road last Monday.
Officials say the suspect continued to attack the victim as he lay on the floor.
