Police: Man fatally shot in Stamford, dumped in Norwalk

Police are searching for the suspects who allegedly shot a man in Stamford and then dumped his body in Norwalk. Authorities say Wyclif Bel-Jean, 21, was shot Tuesday at around 10 p.m. at the intersection
