Police: Man from PA charged with larceny, identity theft for stealing $25,000 check  

Officials said the incident happened in October.

Westport Police arrested a Pennsylvania man for stealing and depositing a $25,000 check. 
Officials said the incident happened in October. 
Police say Jason Lumas turned himself in Tuesday after an arrest warrant was issued. 
Lumas is accused of intercepting the check in the mail, fraudulently endorsing it and then depositing it.
