A man was shot twice Tuesday while he was driving on the west side of Bridgeport, police say.
They say the 22-year-old victim was shot once in his left hand and then in his left knee.
According to police, the victim would only tell officers that he was traveling alone in his car when it happened.
The investigation into what happened is ongoing.
