Police say a man is recovering after being stabbed while walking his dog in Bridgeport Saturday morning.
The incident happened on Jane Street just before 7 a.m.
According to Bridgeport police, the man says someone ran up behind him and stabbed him twice.
The victim was transported to Bridgeport Hospital and is expected to be OK.
Police are asking anyone with information about the stabbing to contact them.
