Stamford police say a Waterbury man is facing charges after leading them on a chase.
Police say they were investigating 24-year-old Jeremy Robinson for selling narcotics near the America's Best Value Inn on East Main Street Friday night.
They say Robinson fled the area as they tried to pull him over.
Officials say Robinson threw his loaded semi-automatic handgun out of the window as her turned onto Orange Street before heading onto I-95.
They say they arrested him near West Main Street following the chase.
News 12 Connecticut is told no narcotics were found in his car.
