Police: Man facing drug charges following compliance inspection

Police in Orange say a Meriden man has turned himself in on an arrest warrant following his alleged involvement in an illegal street takeover.

Police say Collin Ramos is charged with drinking while driving, reckless driving and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

He posted bond and is due in court next month.

Officials say 200-300 vehicles were involved in "reckless" travel from West Haven to Milford on July 8.
