Police say a con artist who led Norwalk police on a manhunt in July went before a judge this morning on identity theft charges.Police also say Eric Christian has a long record of committing fraudulent bank transactions and call him a professional con man.The judge set bond at $75,000. Christian is due back in court next month. Police say he may be facing additional charges.
