A Norwalk man has been accused of having inappropriate sexual conversations with a minor, police say.

Police say they received information in May that a 14-year-old was having inappropriate conversations with Keon Salmond.

Salmond was taken into custody at his home Wednesday following an investigation.

He faces several charges, including harmful communication with a minor.

Salmond's bond is set at $100,000.

He is expected to appear in court on Oct. 30.
