Police are investigating a double-shooting in Norwalk that sent two people to the hospital yesterday. The shooting occurred near Woodward and Burritt avenues late last night, according to officials.

Police are investigating a double-shooting in Norwalk that sent two people to the hospital yesterday.
The shooting occurred near Woodward and Burritt avenues late last night, according to officials.
Police say they received a call about a possible drive-by shooting in front of a Chinese restaurant around 11:30 p.m. Police say the shooting occurred as a group of people walked along the street.
One victim was shot in the leg, while the other was shot in the face area. Investigators say both victims, who are 17 and 20 years old respectively, are Norwalk residents.
Police and hospital officials say the injuries sustained are not life-threatening.
