Milford police say they seized over 75 pounds of marijuana and other drug paraphernalia following an investigation into shooting that happened Thursday night.
Police say it occurred at 26C Gulf St. around 10:30 p.m.
Authorities say the victim was shot in the head from a single gunshot that was fired outside of the residence through a second-story window.
The man was transported to Bridgeport Hospital. He was treated and released.
As part of their investigation, officers have seized the marijuana, along with a scale and a currency counting machine.
A loaded Glock pistol with an obliterated serial number was also found inside a couch.
Authorities say the victim is not cooperating with the investigation.
Detectives believe two perpetrators were involved in the incident and left the scene in separate vehicles.
Authorities say one of the vehicles, which they describe as a newer black Mercedes Benz crossover-type vehicle, possibly a GLE model, belongs to an associate of the victim.
They say the shooting was an isolated incident and that there is no danger to the community.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Zachary Milslagle at 203-783-4730.
