Police say dozens of illegal THC products have been confiscated from a vape shop in Port Washington.
According to police, the products were being sold down the road from Port Washington schools.
Police say detectives conducted an investigation into the sale of narcotics at the 360 Vape and Smoke Shop, located at 41B Main St.
It was determined that Tetrahydrocannabinol products were being sold at the location, and defendant Shengming Jin, 33, was placed under arrest without incident, police say.
Jin, the store owner, is charged with the criminal sale of a controlled substance and two charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
