Police say they found 4 pounds of marijuana, $1,500 in cash and hundreds of items with THC levels above the legal limit.
Naud Brandon Rodriguez, of Norwalk, is facing drug charges.
He was already out on bond in connection with a gun arrest in New York City last year.
Rodriguez is being held on $75,000 bond.
