Bridgeport police said Saturday that a suspect in a series of armed robberies could soon be facing additional charges for committing similar crimes.
Police arrested 23-year-old Moeties Brown on Thursday for allegedly robbing stores on Hancock and Wood avenues and for robbing a pizza deliveryman on Williston Street.
Investigators say their Fugitive Task Force has tied Brown to other crimes and they hope to serve additional warrants on him soon.
Police say Brown is also a suspect in the recent armed robbery of a pizza deliveryman on Pembroke Street.
Brown is currently being held in jail.
