Norwalk police say all lanes of Route 1 have reopened after crews repaired road damaged from a water main break.
Officials say a large main broke on Connecticut Avenue near the Scriber Avenue entrance to I-95 early this morning.
They say customers should let their taps run clear if they notice any discoloration in their water.
