Police are asking for the public's help finding those responsible for the beating and shooting of a 20-year-old following a Friday night football game.

The incident happened near Kennedy Stadium in Bridgeport about an hour after a football game between Central and Bassick high schools. According to police, Michael Gregory, 20, was rushed to Saint Vincent's Medical Center after being beaten by several people and then shot.

Gregory remains in critical, but stable condition. However, Bridgeport police say they still don't have any leads or suspects. Anyone with information on the attack is asked to call police.
