Police have arrested a second person in connection with the death of a man who suffered a fatal asthma attack.
Police say Latrel Baker was a part of the group of people that assaulted Victor Diaz back in April.
Diaz suffered a major asthma attack and died three days later.
Baker is charged with manslaughter and is being held on $150,000 bond.
