A Shelton woman is accused of threatening her neighbors with a gun Sunday, police say.
Police responded to a reported beach of peace involving threats with a gun at a multifamily home on Howe Avenue at 8:30 p.m.
Once at the residence, officers learned that Eunice Berrios allegedly pointed a gun at her neighbors and threatened them.
During a search of Berrios' apartment, officers discovered a masterpiece arms firearm, a large-capacity magazine, and small quantities of cocaine and fentanyl.
Berrios was also found in her apartment and appeared to be intoxicated.
Police say while being taken into custody, she made additional threatening statements toward her neighbors.
Police say the firearm was not registered.
Berrios' charges including with illegal possession of an assault weapon, illegal possession of a large capacity magazine, carrying a pistol without a permit and possession of a controlled substance.
Berrios was held on a $100,000 bond.
