Police in Stamford say a nanny has confessed to stealing thousands of dollars and items from a family.
The family started noticing their stuff missing and suspected Maria Fermin when she was pictured wearing items that were identical.
Police say Fermin admitted to stealing a camera lens, a tennis bracelet, a purse, and $15,000 from a home.
Investigators say Fermin sold the bracelet at a pawn shop.
She's charged with larceny and was released on bond.
