5h agoFairfield police say a surveyor was struck and killed by a driver in a driveway on Post Road.
It happened around 9:15 a.m. Wednesday.
Police say the Colchester man was assigned to work in the area.
They say he was hit in the driveway of a business and died at a hospital.
Investigators say the 19-year-old driver is cooperating.
Anyone who may have witnessed the crash is asked to contact police.
