A new poll says Mayor Bill de Blasio's approval rating is slipping in the wake of the Eric Garner grand jury decision.
According to the latest Quinnipiac University survey, 47 percent of New Yorkers approve of the job he is doing. That's down from 49 percent last month.
In addition, 56 percent specifically disapprove of the way de Blasio is handling relations between police and communities.
Large protests have erupted citywide since news broke that a police officer would not be indicted for Garner's death.
