Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton is drawing criticism following his comments toward a female reporter at a press conference.

When asked a question by the reporter, in response, Newton said, “It's funny to hear a female talk about routes like, it's funny.'”

The reporter, Jourdan Rodrigue, took to Twitter and said, “I don't think its ‘funny’ to be a female and talk about routes. I think it's my job.”
