Heavy rain and high winds Sunday led to flooding and downed trees across southwestern Connecticut.
Long Ridge Road in Stamford was shut down for hours because of a downed tree in the road.
In Westport, a driver crashed into a utility pole which shut down Wilton Road for much of the morning.
Eversource Energy and United Illuminating reported scattered power outages Sunday morning.
