WHAT’S NEW: Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Skyler Harman says there will be a chance of thunderstorms on Friday, temperatures will be hot and steamy through Monday.
WHAT’S NEXT: The weekend might bring some storms and there's possible rain for Friday through Sunday. There will be some relief and more reasonable temps next week on Tuesday.
FRIDAY: Highs approach the high 80s and low 90s for the region. Lows fall to the low 70s.
SATURDAY: Dry periods with showers and storms as well. Currently Saturday has a level 1 risk for more widespread thunderstorms. Highs in the high 80s, lows in the mid 70s.
SUNDAY: Another day with moments of pleasant & dry weather but also periods of rain and possible storms. Highs in the mid 80s, lows in the mid 70s.
MONDAY: Looking mostly nice for now! A mix of sun and clouds. Highs in the high 80s, lows in the low 70s.
TUESDAY: Partly cloudy. Highs in the low 80s, lows in the low 70s.
WEDNESDAY: Sun, clouds, and the return of rain. Highs in the low 80s, lows in the mid 60s.
