It's colder today as wind chills will make it feel like 10 degrees to 5-below. The winds won't be as gusty but still very breezy. Temperatures will only climb to the low- and mid-20s.
Everyone’s asking how much snow we are expecting on Thursday, and it doesn’t look like much at all. Cold, dry air will continue to suppress snowfall, especially further south.
The best chance for snow this week is in southern Delaware, Maryland and coastal Virginia. While the outer edges of the precipitation might nudge a few brief snow showers northward, that colossal winter storm promised on social media 10 days ago simply isn’t coming.
FORECAST:
TUESDAY: Partly sunny, breezy. High 29 degrees.
WEDNESDAY: Mostly cloudy. High 30 degrees.
THURSDAY: Mostly cloudy, snow showers. High 31 degrees.
FRIDAY: Mostly cloudy. High 34 degrees.
SATURDAY: Sunny. High 38 degrees.
