Remembering the Mianus River Bridge collapse in Greenwich nearly 41 years ago

A major bridge in Baltimore snapped and collapsed after a container ship rammed into it early Tuesday, and several vehicles fell into the river below. Rescuers were searching for at least seven people in the water.
Watching the events in Baltimore, many in the Connecticut area will immediately remember the collapse of the Mianus River Bridge.
A section of the highway along I-95 in Greenwich fell into the river nearly 41 years ago.
