The city of Stamford is making sure small business owners get the help they need to get their start-ups off the ground.
The Ferguson Library recently launched an Entrepreneur-in-Residence Program where people can make an appointment to navigate the process of forming a company.
Congressman Jim Himes visited the library to meet with Hugh Seaton, who provides entrepreneurial advice as well as access to some of the people he's helped.
Himes says the program is important because it will help Stamford and Fairfield County build new businesses.
