Two people were reportedly killed when a fire broke out of a house in New Haven Sunday morning.

The fire department says 16 people were inside the house when the flames erupted.

According to reports, two people were killed and officials say three people jumped to escape the blaze.

Three firefighters were treated for injuries.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
