Report: Norwalk Economic Opportunity Now files for bankruptcy

Norwalk Economic Opportunity Now, also known as NEON, has reportedly filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection. The Norwalk Hour reports NEON officials filed at federal court in Bridgeport last Tuesday.
