Officials: Bridgeport police officer facing internal investigation
13h agoConnecticut Environmental Conservation Police (EnCon) says a man from Rocky Hill was arrested in connection to a fatal boating accident on Friday.
The accident happened on the Connecticut River in Portland in July of 2022.
EnCon Police say Kerry Sheltra, of Rocky Hill, was operating the boat with eight people on board when it collided with the shore, leaving one person dead.
Sheltra faces multiple charges, including manslaughter and assault.
