Gov. Ned Lamont will honor Rolling Stones legend and longtime Connecticut resident Keith Richards on Wednesday as the inaugural recipient of the Connecticut Governor's Award of Excellence.
The award recognizes residents who embody the state's core values of creativity, resourcefulness, passion, and generosity.
