The Rowayton Peeper has been frustrating a Norwalk neighborhood and police for two decades. Now, investigators are worried the suspect may be getting more aggressive after a woman was attacked.
Residents and investigators held a community meeting at the Rowayton United Methodist Church to organize efforts to catch the person responsible.
One thing police are looking into is whether the person responsible is unscrewing light bulbs on security lights during the day so they don't come on at night. Investigators recommend people install security lights high and out of reach.
The detectives also reminded people to pull shades down at night, lock doors and make sure blinds are down.
Investigators have not named any suspects or people of interest. After Saturday's meeting though, they believe they have the public's confidence.
