9ds agoAfter nearly a week of anticipation, the Ryder Cup gets underway today at Bethpage Black with the first foursome matches beginning at 7:10 a.m.
Tens of thousands of people are expected to make their way to the course.

Shuttles from Jones Beach were off and running at 5 a.m. today and will continue to make trips until 7:30 p.m.
Enhanced security measures are in place at the course today ahead of President Donald Trump's scheduled visit to Long Island.
