A school bus accident in Stratford sent the driver to the hospital.
It happened near the intersection of Honeyspot and Moffett roads shortly after 8 a.m.
Police say the driver may have been blinded by the sun when he slammed into a telephone pole.
They say there was only one student on the bus at the time. The student was picked up by their parent.
