Norwalk police say a search for a fugitive ended in arrest for a different person.
Police say they arrested Zachary Fisher, 23, yesterday after local officers and U.S. Marshals went to a home on Muffin Lane.
They say Fisher ran out of the house with a bag with $14,000 and marijuana in it and when officers searched the home they found more pot, cocaine, money and items to grow marijuana.
Police say they did not find the fugitive they were looking for.
