Sen. Richard Blumenthal is advocating for a bill that would give parents and law enforcement more tools to protect children on the internet.

"Kids are more vulnerable today than ever before -- because their information is out there for predators to prey on,” says Blumenthal.

Blumenthal says the measure has strong bipartisan support and he hopes for a vote later this year.
