Litchfield County saw major damage from flooding rains over the past week, and Sen. Richard Blumenthal toured the damages in Goshen Monday.

Goshen First Selectman Todd Carusillo took Blumenthal on a tour of roads that have been washed away twice in just over a week.

The cost of repairs is expected to be in the millions.

Blumenthal adds that along with dealing with recent damages, infrastructure needs to be improved.
