Sen. Richard Blumenthal and California Rep. Robert Garcia held a public forum to hear testimonies on what they say are violent tactics and disproportionate use of force by agents of the Department of Homeland Security.

Five witnesses offered testimonies at the hearing.

This is the second forum held by officials as part of their ongoing inquiry into what they call lawless and abusive tactics used by federal immigration agents.
