The Easton man accused of beating and trying to hang his wife is scheduled to be sentenced today.
Cory Dawid, 42, pleaded no contest to attempted murder charges in February.
Police say he tried to kill his wife in their garage last March.
Authorities say he accepted a plea deal that will send him to prison for 15 years.
