A former Stamford man accused of having sex with his 14-year-old niece is back in Connecticut.
Police say Mario Estrada was extradited yesterday from Massachusetts.
They say Estrada left Stamford in 2005 after the teen accused him of having sex with her.
They say Estrada got busted for drunk driving in Massachusetts in December.
