Westport police issued a Silver Alert Friday for a missing 25-year-old man.

Police say Anthony Cochrane has not been in contact with his family, who are Westport residents, since Feb. 19.

They say Cochrane lives in Norwalk but has not been back to his home in over a week. His last known location was in Stamford, but police did not provide a specific location.

Cochrane is 6'2", weighs 210 pounds, has brown hair and blue eyes. It's not clear what clothes he may be wearing.

Police add that Cochrane is in need of medical care and are concerned about his welfare.
